Scottish craft brewer Williams Bros has unveiled the first beer in its new series of Vintage Cask Collaborations.

Fraoch 22 is an 11% ABV version of the company’s Fraoch Heather Ale. It has been aged for a year in former sherry casks that had previously been used to mature Auchentoshan whisky, and has also matured for six months in tank.

The beer is presented in 750-ml, re-sealable bottles, of which only 12,000 have been produced.
