Alfie’s Revenge from Driftwood brewery in Cornwall has been judged Champion Winter Beer of Britain at CAMRA’s National Festival of Winter Ales in Manchester.

The 6.5% brew also claimed the category title for Old Ales & Strong Milds, while other category winners were Cairngorm Black Gold, Hammerpot Bottle Wreck Porter and Coniston No. 9 Barley Wine.
