To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Norfolk brewery Woodforde’s has revived a lost local favourite.

Norfolk NIP (8.5%) was once produced by Norwich’s Steward & Patteson brewery, which closed in the 1960s. Woodforde’s took over the recipe and has produced the beer in bottles from time to time.

For the brewery’s three-decade festivities, the beer has been commissioned again and this time aged in oak casks. Only 2,700 bottles are being released, each individually numbered.
