Hop Back’s Entire is Winter Champion

Hop Back Brewery’s Entire Stout has been judged Champion Winter Beer of Britain by the Campaign for Real Ale. The 4.5% stout, which was also judged the best stout, was voted champion at the National Festival of Winter Ales, held in Manchester. Overall runner-up was Chocolate from Marble Brewery (also winner of the old ale/strong mild category), with Praetorian Porter (judged best porter), brewed by Dow Bridge in Leicestershire, in third place.
