The latest bottled beer release from Adnams is a Champagne-style sparkling ale.

Sole Bay (ABV 10%) commemorates 350 years of brewing on the site of the Southwold brewery.

Bottled in 750 ml glassware, after six months’ maturation, and packaged in elegant presentation tins, the beer is brewed with pilsner malt from East Anglia, boosted by muscovado and demerera sugars, with Nelson Sauvin hops from the southern hemisphere in the copper. A little lavender is added just before bottling to add a floral touch.
