Meantime's New Brewery in Action
News: August 2010
The first beer has been brewed at Meantime’s new brewery.
The London brewery is in the process of moving to a new home, just over a mile from its original base in Greenwich, with conditioning tanks and bottling and kegging lines still to make the journey, but the new German-fabricated brewkit has already been put into action. The first mash, for Meantime’s 4.4% draught lager, took place on 3 August.
The move is the culmination of two years’ planning and £1.9 million of investment.
