Thornbridge Brewer is Parliament's Brewer of the Year

Thornbridge brewer Stefano Cossi has been named UK Brewer of the Year by the All Party Parliamentary Beer Group.
Italian Cossi has been part of the Thornbridge team since its inception in 2004 and his work has encompassed a wide range of beer styles and unusual ingredients and processes.
The UK Brewer of the Year Award – presented at the annual All Party Parliamentary Beer Dinner – is made on the recommendation of the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.
