Winners Announced for International Beer Challenge

Fourteen brewers have claimed gold awards at this year’s International Beer Challenge.

The competition, for beer packaged in bottles and cans, attracted hundreds of entries from all around the world and was judged in London over two days in May.

Twenty-four beers have been awarded golds, with the winning brewers coming from Australia, England, Germany, Italy, Scotland and the USA. Silver and bronze awards have also been made, and awards for the best packaging have been announced, too. The full list can be found in Inside Beer’s Beer Awards Results.

The overall champion beer, and the winners of the Best Ale, Best Lager, Best Stout or Porter, Best Wheat Beer, Best Fruit Beer and Best Speciality Beer will be announced at the awards ceremony, to be held at the Royal Society of the Arts in London on 8 July.
