Home Brewing Now Legal in Oklahoma

Oklahoma has become the latest state in the US to legalize home brewing for personal use.
Home brewing was decriminalized on a national level under the Carter administration in 1979 but individual states have continued to maintain different policies.
With Oklahoma now on board, only two states – Alabama and Mississippi – still do not permit the home brewing of beer.
