Internationally-experienced brewer and industry consultant Floris Delée has joined Delaware-based craft brewer Dogfish Head as its new brewmaster.

Delée’s career began with Alken-Maes in Belgium and has continued via positions with New Belgium in Colorado, the Anton Steinecker (Krones) equipment company based in Freising, Germany, and his own engineering firm, Kathinka.

It was through Kathinka that Dogfish’s new fermentation facility and other key installations were completed in the past year.
