The Campaign for Real Ale has appointed Colin Valentine as its new national chairman.
Edinburgh-based Valentine, former national vice chairman, is the first Scot to take on CAMRA’s leading role. He succeeds Paula Waters, CAMRA’s first female chairman, who is stepping down after six years in the position.
